SPINACH GNOCCHI
1 serving Ingredients: ½
espinaca1 tied
cup flour 1 egg
salt, nutmeg
Preparation: Boil
spinach, drain and chop. Make a crown of flour, place in the center of spinach, egg and seasonings. Add the flour and unite. Knead, cut into thin strips and diced ½ cm. Boil.
