Preparation - Wash the peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into long strips about one cm in width .- Peel and cut the onion into thick rings .- Wash the zucchini and cut into sticks (unpeeled) .- Wash the celery and cut into pieces .- Heat a pan and pour spray .- Place the vegetables in the following order, cook a moment between them, chili pepper, onion, celery, zucchini and corn .- salt and pepper, stir and cook 5 to 10 minutes on medium .- Fillet the chicken breasts so they are fine .- Heat another pan, spray with cooking spray .- Brown the chicken pieces both sides, with very hot pan, add salt and put a few drops of lemon .- Add the chicken to vegetables and cook 5 minutes (you can add soy sauce) .- Remove and serve.
