Flancitos
Ingredients:
1 / 2 cup pureed vegetables (carrots, pumpkins, squash, zucchini) (100 gr.)
lightly beaten 2 egg yolks 1 / 2 cup milk (125 cc.)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 º C.
In a bowl or blender, mix the yolks with the vegetables and milk.
Dump in a small greased round cake pan or individual ramekins.
Place in a roasting pan with water and place in the oven. Cook
bath for 30 minutes.
