In terms of the Catholic Church, I do not think the pope beatified a coincidence that there has been more charismatic, but a move to regain influence. Normally the beatification is a process that takes longer, much more. If only for me, better than beatify Samuel Ruiz and Juan Martin Moye and not to a type that strictly prohibit the use of condoms put fuel to the spread of AIDS in Africa.
